Delivery is carried out electronically after confirmation of full payment. Payment in native USDC on the Solana Mainnet network and the corresponding TXID are verified manually by the seller.
1. What's delivered
The buyer receives the right to use the selected software product for the license period specified in the product card for one real trading account. The delivery includes a download link and license data: license number, license file or activated software product.
2. Confirmation of order and payment
Payment is accepted by native USDC on Solana Mainnet. To determine the amount of payment, a nominal ratio of 1 USDC = 1 USD is used. The buyer pays the outgoing transfer commission and is obliged to ensure that the seller receives the full specified amount of USDC.
After sending USDC, the buyer transmits TXID and contact email via the contact. The seller checks the sender’s address, amount, token, network and TXID. The payment is considered to be made after the full amount is received at the address published by the seller, the final confirmation of the transaction by the Solana network and the verification by the seller is completed.
After confirmation of payment, the seller sends the order confirmation to the buyer and requests the data necessary to activate the license. The invoice or other applicable accounting document is sent to the buyer electronically.
3. Method and time of delivery
The download link and license data are sent to the email specified by the buyer within 3 days from the date of confirmation of payment.
If a consumer purchaser requests digital content before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, he must provide consent by means of a separate checkbox before payment. Confirmation of the order and this consent is sent to the buyer electronically.
4. Activation.
The license is activated by the seller after confirmation of full payment by linking the software to the real trading account number provided by the buyer. The license file or activated software product is sent to the email specified by the buyer.
One license is for one real trading account. Replacement of a licensed account is possible by prior agreement with the seller. The buyer must not transfer trading passwords, seed phrases, private keys or API keys.
5. System requirements
The supported trading platform and its version, operating system or VPS requirements, compatibility with brokers and trade symbols, as well as the necessary connections and terminal rights are indicated in the card and technical documentation of a particular product. The buyer should check these requirements before payment and, if necessary, clarify compatibility with the seller.
6. If the product is not received
Check the correctness of the email and the Spam folder, then contact the address info@algotradesystems.proTXID and product name. Do not share TXID with redundant personal data and do not share trade passwords, seed phrases, private keys or API keys. The support is answered without undue delay, within a reasonable time on business days.
7. Responsibility for order data
The buyer is responsible for the reliability of the email, trading account number and other data necessary to confirm the order and activate the license. Before payment, you need to check the Solana Mainnet network, token, amount and address of the seller.
Payment sent to another network, another token, using a bridged or wrapped USDC, or a token with a different mint address, is not considered proper performance of the obligation. The possibility of returning erroneously sent digital assets depends on the technical possibility of their recovery and is not guaranteed.
8. Support and updates
Technical support includes assistance with downloading, installing, activating and basic software configuration, as well as consideration of reproducible technical errors.
During the term of the license, corrected software errors and updates necessary to maintain compatibility with the supported version of the trading platform are provided free of charge. Significant new features, new strategies and standalone versions of the product may be provided separately. The perpetual license does not guarantee the perpetual provision of new features or support for any future versions of third-party platforms.
